Having worked at Ernst & Young and KPMG, Karthikeyan moved to become the Financial Controller for Standard Chartered India's largest subsidiary and most recently as South Asia Controller for Mastercard. Karthikeyan has set up, managed, led finance teams. Karthik has extensive expertise in financial & management accounting / reporting, strategy, policy making stakeholder management, investment decision making, cost optimization, banking & treasury, cash flow management, project management, audits & compliances including IFRS/IGAAP reporting. Karthik has demonstrated leadership by building corporate competencies across core financial functions and shared services to provide key financial decision support for senior management from both finance and business viewpoints.

Her professional background includes working at a prestigious law firm, the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX), and Australia’s oldest investment management firm. Known for a methodical approach and strong organisational skills, Saijasi specialises in managing complex legal matters within transactional practice, with a focus on negotiating and drafting a wide range of commercial contracts. Based in India, Saijasi enjoys discovering new cafés, taking long walks, and listening to music outside of work.
